Hello! My name is Lily Radionova, hailing from Ukraine and deeply immersed in the world of yoga. Over the span of 9 years, I’ve delved into various yoga styles, honed breathing techniques, facilitated meditation, and orchestrated rejuvenating yoga retreats across the globe.

My yoga journey started in 2011 when I decided to go to a yoga class for the first time. There was something magical about it, an unusual feeling of lightness in my body and mind. Since that time I have started to research more about yoga, its history, culture, meaning, and spiritual power.

My first yoga teachers training course (YTTC – 200 Hours) was in Dubai, by the most spiritual Guru I know – Dr. Sanjay Sharma. He gave me an excellent knowledge of Hatha yoga, meditation, and pranayama. Encouraged by this transformative experience, I embarked on furthering my education by undertaking Ashtanga Advanced Training (YTTC – 300 Hours) in Rishikesh, India, hailed as the Yoga Capital of the World. There, I have learned and practiced with the esteemed mentors in Rishikesh – Yogi Kamal Singh and Sunil Sharma. Their classes include powerful adjustments in order to safely teach students the depths of each asana, different types of pranayama, spiritual guidance, yoga Nidra, and meditation. After years of teaching, I have recognized the importance of anatomy and biomechanics in my teaching practice, I enrolled in a Medical College in 2020. And successfully finished the education in 2024.

Ashtanga holds a special place in my heart as my preferred yoga style. Additionally, I am an advanced Reiki practitioner and have a penchant for gems. Through my blog, I want to share my experience and knowledge and try to help you to experience the art of listening to your body and to feel the love and awareness that yoga offers. I firmly believe that once you embark on the journey of yoga, it’s impossible not to be captivated by its transformative power. Remember, every monumental journey begins with a single step. Let’s embark on this voyage together!

Namaste,

Lily
