Namaste! I’m Lily, a dedicated yogi with over 9 years of experience in the world of yoga. Throughout my journey, I’ve explored various yoga styles, mastered breathing techniques, facilitated meditation sessions, and led rejuvenating yoga retreats around the globe.

My yoga journey began in 2011 when I attended my first class. The experience left me with a profound sense of lightness in both body and mind, sparking a deep curiosity that led me to explore yoga’s history, culture, and spiritual power.

I completed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Dubai under the guidance of Dr. Sanjay Sharma, where I gained a solid foundation in Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Inspired by this, I pursued an advanced 300-hour Ashtanga Training in Rishikesh, India, learning from esteemed mentors Yogi Kamal Singh and Sunil Sharma. Their teachings deepened my practice, offering powerful insights into asanas, pranayama, spiritual guidance, yoga Nidra, and meditation.

Ashtanga yoga holds a special place in my heart, and it is my preferred style of practice and teaching. I’m also an advanced Reiki practitioner with a passion for gems, which I incorporate into my practice.

To enhance my understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, I enrolled in Medical College in 2020 and successfully completed my studies in 2024. This knowledge has enriched my teaching and deepened my connection to the practice.

Through my blog, I aim to share my experiences and knowledge, helping others listen to their bodies and embrace the love and awareness that yoga offers. Yoga is a transformative journey, and I invite you to take that first step with me.
