Since young ages, I have always been interested in sports, fitness and in the healthy lifestyle. At that time, I was very much into fitness, boxing, gymnastics, and figure skating. My yoga journey has started in 2012, when I have decided to go to a yoga course for the first time. I fell in love with Yoga at first sight. There was something magical about, an unusual feeling in your body that is hard for me to explain. Since that time, I have started to research more about yoga, about its history, culture, meaning and the spiritual power. I have read many books, attended workshops, and talked to experienced teachers.
My first yoga teachers training course (YTTC – 200 Hours) was in Dubai, by the most spiritual Guru I know – Dr. Sanjay Sharma. He gave me a great knowledge of Hatha yoga, meditation, and pranayama. After this great experience, I have decided to continue my training in the best place possible; India. After one year, I went to Rishikesh, India, to the Capital of Yoga, for Ashtanga Advanced training (YTTC – 500 Hours). There, I have learned and practiced with the best teachers in Rishikesh – Yogi Kamal Singh and Sunil Sharma, whose classes include powerful adjustments in order to safely teach students the depths of each asana, different types of pranayama, spiritual guidance, yoga nidra and meditation.
My personal favorite Yoga Style is Ashtanga. I am a traveler, an advanced Reiki practitioner and also gems lover. With my blog, I want to share my experience, and my knowledge, try to help you to experience the art of listening to your body, and to feel the love and the awareness that Yoga offers. I believe it is impossible not to fall in love with Yoga once you try. Don’t forget; a journey of hundred miles begins with a single step. So let’s take it together!
